New, never removed from the box. The box has a couple of dings, and opening flap has a crease. Which I believe is possible to straighten out. The Star Wars Signature Series Force FX Lightsaber line is a series of fully functioning adult collectible lightsabers that light up and with motion sensor-controlled sounds. Hilt is a quality hilt made of metal, and the lightsaber comes with a display stand. Hasbro started manufacturing Signature Series Force FX lightsabers in 2008 after taking over the Force FX lightsaber license from Master Replicas.

MR made the Force FX from 2002 to 2007. Hasbro's Signature Series Force FX Lightsaber line, was succeeded by Hasbro's current The Black Series Force FX Lightsaber line.

Since Signature Series Force FX lightsabers are out production they are getting quite collectable.
