Graflex 2.0 Saber kit Star Wars ANH, ESB and Force Awakens Lightsaber

  

This is the same Graflex 2.0 kit that you can get at a few online saber stores. However, these have gone threw an extensive stripping process to remove the cheap Chinese nickel and to renickeled with American nickel. This is a very timely and expensive process. The kit is made out of steel, copper, and aluminum. It take a very skilled hand to run them thru the process and not damage them.

Why would we renickel them? Anyone who has owned a kit can see the dull and thin plating on the saber. It does not matter how much polishing you do, it is always dull. Please see the comparison photos. The American nickel is on the left.

We have a limited supply of kits and when they are gone, they are gone. You will have a very special saber that will not be like every ones elses. This kit contains all the parts needed to build a graflex lightsaber in either A New Hope, Empire Strikes Back, or The Force Awakens configurations. Replica of the Graflex Body.

Replica of the Graflex Clamp (Less embossed GRAFLEX logo and inner slot tabs). Machined / threaded bottom grip body. Machined / threaded end cap with sound holes.

Both sets of ANH & ESB injection molded polycarbonate grips. Both ANH & ESB clamp Exactra calculator bubbles and circuit card & momentary switches for use when wiring the saber for light and sound. ESB Graflex blade tension knob. ANH / TFA Graflex lens look blade tension knob.

7/8 blade holder/inner grenade section machined and anodized to look like ROTJ grip body. These kits may have some imperfections such as minor scratches and blemishes.
