All our ForceSabers are custom handmade to order. They are all hand sanded to ensure smooth safe edges.

As the ForceSaber is 100% handmade there are normally slight cosmetic scratches or imperfections on the handle but this is only noticeable upon extreme close-up, and when being used will have no effect on the look or use of the item. All handles are made from different high quality metals and plastics and riveted together for strength, depending on the model the handle can be 10 - 12 inches long with a blade of 32 inches long and 24mm wide. The ForceSaber uses a pre coloured bespoke High Powered LED. This LED powers the blade and gives the blade the required colour needed, these looks amazing in low light (dusk) but in direct sunlight or bright day light it will not be 100% visible. We no longer use Tri-LED's as the single powerful LED we use provides the same light output and less power.

The button for the blade sits higher than the sound button which is flush. This has been designed specifically so you can always find the button for the blade in any situation or light. When turned on the blade button will lock in the low profile position like the sound button. The lower flush button activates the sound independently of the blade.

This gives you total freedom of using them individually or in conjunction which gives the same effect as other Lightsabers on the market, using them independently will give longer battery life. All the blades are a standard size and only designed to be used in conjunction with ForceSabers Hilts. All ForceSabers operate with a Standard Battery Setup.

Standard Setup is a setup that uses regular AAA batteries to power your ForceSaber. (4 x AAA batteries for all colours without sound). You can user regular Alkaline batteries or rechargeable NiMh batteries (not Provided). This our latest model comes with a 1Watt, 8Ohms speaker in the base. Because of this you can easily hear the sound effects when using the ForceSaber.

The sound effects have been designed to replicate the On, Off and the hum of the blade. On occasion there maybe be clash and movement sound effects but these are not synced directly to the action of the blade. After a short time if there is no movement the sound function will auto switch off to save power. (We advise watching the video provided). Every ForceSaber has a mid-grade blade so there extremely stronger but we advise against extreme combat or. Be very gentle when removing the battery case. DO NOT exert extreme pressure on cables. When replacing blade DO NOT overtighten the Micro Screw. If over tightened, this could lead to damage of the thread. PLEASE NOTE:- As an example of Lightsaber power output, a car headlight on full beam isnt visible or noticeable in direct sun light or bright day light.
