Bogen Power Handle Flash Star Wars Light Saber Cosplay DIY Build

Bogen Power Handle 4000 with built in power source and power socket. Excellent foundation for building a light saber. Comes with additional power handle for extra parts. Shows general signs of use, light nicks and scratches.

Included battery packs are untested and most likely do not hold a charge at all. First unit is completely intact and lower cover screws off readily. Second unit has a loose power socket (see photos) and lower housing cover is stuck (probably due to leaked batteries), but upper housing cover can be removed.

Otherwise all parts appear to be intact. These units were designed to hold and power a camera flash. They also are just the right shape to build your very own cosplay light saber. The flash mount at the top can hold the "light blade" and batteries in the hilt can supply power.

You will have to build a new battery pack as the included battery packs are likely no longer functional. Your imagination and skills are the only limitation to your own personal light saber. 1 a cord that plugs into the wall to charge the batteries.

Both the cable and the batteries are untested. 2 A cable that provides power from the batteries.

And 3 an extension cable that connects to cable 2 with a unit on the end that is the same shape and size as 4 AA batteries. All cables are untested but appear to be working and are fully intact with no visible damage. These cables can be used to provide power from a battery pack.

Cable #1 may be able to recharge batteries if they are the right kind of batteries. Please do not use this cable unless you know what you are doing with rechargeable batteries. These units are somewhat heavier than other flash units sometimes used for light sabers. They also have a very plain and simple surface which provides many opportunities to customize the look of your self made light saber. These units are solid metal and very sturdy and can be machined or added to in many different ways.

Each unit is 8 1/4 inches not including the flash mount. The flash mount is an additional 1/2 inch. Battery pack is 7 3/4 inches long. Top cover on both units can swivel and can also be locked in place with the thumb screw on the top piece. The top cover can also be fully removed.

Battery packs have not been tested and are not currently functioning, and probably do not hold a charge. No functions have been tested. Shows moderate signs of use, Light wear and scratches in the surface, and general wear from age and use. Bogen Power Handle 4000, Intact.
